Pricing
Based on an Hourly or Daily rate
Generally speaking – A % Fee is agreed between the Client and Octagon Group prior to starting the assignment. The % will be of hourly or daily rate of the successful contractor and will be charged on top of the contractors agreed rate. If you have a budget that you need to meet that includes our fees, we can discuss options to enable your budget to cover both the contractors rate and our fee.
Based on a ‘Fixed-term’ Contract
Not too dissimilarly to our permanent pricing structure, Octagon would be able to offer a fixed fee dependant on the successful placement of the appropriate Candidate. This would be at a reduced rate in comparison to the permanent fee and would be dependent on the length of the contract.
