ANALOGUE IC DESIGN ENGINEER JOB IN FAREHAM, HAMPSHIRE
If you are an Analogue IC Design Engineer looking for a new challenge, this could be the role for you! A successful technology business with 1,300 employees worldwide are looking for an Analogue IC Design Engineer to join their brand-new office facility in Fareham, Hampshire.
As the Analogue IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the definition, design and support of the analogue part of the new capacitive touch controller integrated circuits, from concept to creation and validation.
Main responsibilities of the Analogue IC Design Engineer job:
- Design new generation of capacitive touch controller ICs
- To provide analogue expertise to all phases of the design process
- To push forward the performance and cost effectiveness of products
- Participate and contribute towards improvements in analogue design methods, flows and structures
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
- Keen to keep up to date with latest developments in technology and design methodologies
Key skills required for the Analogue IC Design Engineer job:
- Mixed signal design knowledge, working with deep sub-micron CMOS processes.
- Familiarity with high-voltage analogue circuit design
- Knowledge of Verilog-AMS modelling, mixed signal co-simulation and/or experience of low power, multi-voltage design will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of, and/or experience in, the basic analogue building blocks. For example, Bandgap, Bias generator, LDO, ADC, Oscillators and Switched-cap systems
