NEW NPI ASSISTANT TEAM LEAD JOB AVAILABLE IN RICKMANSWORTH, HERTFORDSHIRE
In this NPI Assistant Team Lead role you will be responsible for assisting with the leadership of NPI projects for a busy manufacturing facility. This includes the verification and validation of new products and test development support.
Skills / experience required for the NPI Assistant Team Lead job:
- Exposure to RF technology would be beneficial but not essential.
- Strong experience in hardware test automation.
- Proven background in new product introduction
- Experience in leading or mentoring team members
The main responsibilities for the NPI Assistant Team Lead job are:
- Manage and lead multiple NPI projects.
- Provide leadership to the test development team.
- Design/update test rig hardware and software.
