A technology company developing products that merge safety technology and smart infrastructure are looking for a Scrum Master to join their Nottingham site. The Scrum Master will play a key role in the development of new products.
As the Scrum Master you will be a champion of Agile within a high-performing team, helping your colleagues deliver to their maximum potential. You will be driven to improve your knowledge of best practice and to help bring that into your team.
Skills / experience required for the Scrum Master job:
- Familiarity with many Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
- A solid understanding of the Scrum Master role
- A passion for modern, Agile engineering best practice and culture
- A software background and a recognised Scrum qualification (PSM or CSM) would be advantageous
