A market leading organisation are looking to add a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join their growing design team in Cambridge.

This company design and manufacture a range of fire detection technologies that are sold all over the UK. These products are used within the consumer electronics industry and they are looking to add a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to their development department.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Electronics Design Engineer job:

• Produce and support electronic designs from concept through to production
• Create innovative solutions, researching design options when necessary and considering best practice
• Lead the hardware design project work whilst working closely with the rest of the R&D team

Key skills / experience required for the Senior Electronics Design Engineer job:

• Extensive experience of electronic design from initial concept through the full product life cycle
• Solid analogue and digital design experience with an understanding of embedded software
• Experience working in an agile environment would be beneficial
