An opportunity has come up for a Test Development Manager to lead the test engineering team for ATE development. The Test Development Manager will support engineering test and manufacturing test activities and will be responsible for test automation system design, LabVIEW software architecting, leading and mentoring test engineering team.
Key responsibilities of the Test Development Manager job:
- Assign test engineering resources to various projects, manage test development projects.
- Manage overseas contract manufacturers test processes, test equipment deployment, test system development, verification, validation, and maintenance.
- Design and build custom test equipment and test software to interface with the company’s core products.
- Verifies ATE software design and hardware design against system specification.
Key skills / experience required for the Test Development Manager job:
- Proven experience developing automated test systems using LabVIEW.
- Experience leading engineering teams for test system development.
- A background in testing power electronics products in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience developing LabVIEW application in large scale systems.
- Experience working with NI test equipment.
