NEW ELECTRONICS EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN IN BEDFORD
Our client based in are searching for an Electronics Equipment Technician to join their Equipment Engineering team in Bedford. This role is crucial in maintaining and repairing electronic processing machinery, ensuring high uptime, and supporting their manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities as an Electronics Equipment Technician in Bedford.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to diagnose and repair PCBs at a component level.
- Provide guidance to technician-level personnel and support Manufacturing Shift Leaders.
- Experience in 6S/Kaizen methodologies is advantageous.
- Ability to document processes and procedures to ensure information is retained and shared.
- To carry out mechanical set up and maintenance tasks.
Requirements as an Electronics Equipment Technician in Bedford.
- Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Material Science (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in engineering with a strong background in electronics and PCB repair.
