Are you an experienced Process Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in Oldham? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our client and drive innovation in TVS process development.

About the Role

As a TVS Process Engineer in Oldham, Greater Manchester you will play a crucial role in developing and improving TVS processes within our client's PP BU cross-functional team. Your responsibilities will include supporting Design, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing while ensuring process stability and high-yield production. You will also assist in prioritizing daily tasks and may step into the Group Leader role when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new and improved manufacturing processes.

• Facilitate new product releases, including route coding in the manufacturing system.

• Perform device and process simulation TCAD.

• Support the transfer and implementation of new processes from development to production.

• Utilize MES systems to control and improve processes using SPC.

• Support all manufacturing activities to meet quality, customer, and safety requirements.

• Train and mentor Process Engineers.

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

• Degree in Engineering or Science discipline.

• Strong knowledge of discrete semiconductor processing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Ability to analyze data and produce technical reports.

• Self-motivation with a positive attitude.

Desirable:

• Higher degree in semiconductor devices or microelectronics.

• Device analysis experience.

• Leadership experience.

• Experience in training engineers and mentoring graduates.
