???? Purpose of the role: You will take charge of a small team responsible for developing cutting-edge electronics platforms for new pump and related products. As a Senior Electronics Engineer (Tech Support), you’ll also play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing existing designs.

???? Main Duties as a Senior Electronics Engineer (Tech Support):

• Stay up-to-date with product roadmaps and research developments. Provide insightful recommendations for new areas of relevant research within the team.
• Collaborate with your team to introduce novel techniques and product designs, achieving top-notch performance and efficiency to meet the demands of an ever-competitive technology field.
• Ensure an all-encompassing approach to product design, considering not only optimal performance but also reliable and high-quality manufacturing.
• Tackle technical challenges head-on by applying established problem-solving techniques and structured processes, including writing comprehensive 8D reports.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to push the boundaries of new product offerings while maintaining feasibility and testability at both component and system levels.
• Foster strong relationships within the team and other disciplines, ensuring products meet safety, quality, and reliability expectations.

???? Skills, Experience, and Qualifications needed for the Senior Electronics Engineer (Tech Support) role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of mixed signal design, analogue and digital, with hands-on experience applying these principles to electronics products.
• Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English, enabling effective decision-making and business impact understanding.
• Proven experience in a global engineering environment, collaborating with international teams to deliver electronics and product solutions in a multi-disciplinary design setting.
