Lead Mechanical Design Engineer – Electronics Enclosures

Up to £65k + Bonus + Pension + Holiday

A brand new opportunity has become available for a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer working in a state of the art design office in Essex. You would be working with one of the globes largest SMPS design companies on state-of-the-art electronics across multiple industries. They are currently experiencing strong organic growth and operating margins. After a series of acquisitions, they have a full portfolio of power solutions to meet all voltage and power requirements.

As the Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be within a specialist team of designers producing bespoke engineering solutions for power systems and clean energy applications. In this role you will work on various projects, within a team to design a variety of electronics enclosures to be used in harsh environments.

The ideal Lead Mechanical Design Engineer will have:

· Experience working on Mechanical Design for Electronics Enclosures

· Experience working with Solidworks

· The drive to help develop a growing team of bright Mechanical Design Engineers
