As the new Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small support team which provides technical service support to customers across the UK. You will work closely with all engineering departments to ensure the entire product range is functional post installation.

The ideal Customer Support Manager job based in Cambrdige will have:

  • Previous experience in leading a team of service or commissioning Engineers
  • Strong experience supporting a electro-mechanical product
  • Ability to be customer facing and hands on in their approach with technical support and servicing.
