My client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer – Oil & Gas to join a strong multi-disciplined engineering team in Cambridgeshire. This is an opportunity to join one of the leading companies in the UK heavily involved in the design and development of complex products within the oil and gas industry.
The Mechanical Project Engineer – Oil & Gas will have the opportunity to coordinating and manage the engineering of the project some my clients multi-million-pound projects from cradle to grave.
Experience needed for the Mechanical Project Engineer – Oil & Gas:
- Degree Educated in a Mechanical engineering degree
- Experience as a project engineer or package engineer
- Ideally experience in the oil & gas arena
- Ideally some knowledge of pressure vessels, pipework, structural steel, valves, and specialised hazardous area rated equipment such as pressure, temperature, level and flow instruments, connected to a control system
