A leading engineering company developing and manufacturing power supplies are seeking a capable FPGA Design Engineer to join their growing R&D team near Farnham, Hampshire.

This organisation is well known in the industry and supplies intelligent power supplies for harsh environments, selling into the industrial and military sectors.

Key responsibilities of the FPGA Design Engineer job:

• Develop firmware for new and existing products
• Development of Computer Aided Test programs
• Design of Special to Type Test Equipment
• Design Verification Testing

Key skills required for the FPGA Design Engineer job:

• Proven experience in VHDL and C/C++
• Experience in a product development environment (ideally within power electronics)
• The ability to lead projects and deliver within the required timescales
