New Technical Project Manager – R&D / Engineering job available in Greater London
A globally successful organisation based in Greater London are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager – R&D / Engineering to join their well-established and successful organisation. This company design and manufacture highly complex electronic instrumentation which is used all over the world. They have over 150 employees in their London offices.
Job details:
As the Technical Project Manager – R&D / Engineering you will manage the development of products / systems from initial concept through to manufacture. This will involve managing budgets and timescales, and working closely with electronics, embedded software, and mechanical design managers to ensure targets are met efficiently.
Skills / Experience required:
- Project Management or Programme Management experience within a research and development organisation.
- To have a technical and academic background in either electronics / hardware, embedded software, or electro-mechanical engineering.
- Full product lifecycle development, from initial concept through to manufacture.
- If you have a relevant Project Management qualification (Prince2, AMP, PMP) this would be beneficial but not essential.
