A very exciting Senior Battery Management Software Engineer job opportunity has come available with one of the leading organisations in Motorsport, Powertrain and Electric Automotive technology. This role is an opportunity to work on ground-breaking, high-performance battery management software for a giant within the industry. You will be based in their main R&D centre in Surrey.
We are currently searching for a highly skilled Senior Battery Management Software Engineer to take charge of my clients embedded software projects from improving/updating code to developing code for the next generation of products. This will be done using Matlab and Simulink.
Skills / Experience required
- First class degree or 2:1 in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience in MATLAB Simulink code generation for embedded control systems
- Previous experience of developing high voltage (1kV) battery management software from scratch
- Need to have a background of working with vehicle batteries
