A leading organisation are looking to add a Recruitment Administrator in a hybrid role to join their growing team based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

This company develop state-of-the-art complex embedded products and are sold all over the world. They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. The Recruitment Administrator role reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for assisting to provide a first-class transactional service to support the effective delivery of the business plan. The main focus for the HR Administrator will be recruitment, onboarding and associated administration for contractual changes and leavers.


Key responsibilities/requirments of the Recruitment Administrator job:

  • Human Resources Prior experience of working in an administration role either within a HR or recruitment capacity.

     

  • IT Skills Good experience of using Windows-based programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as PowerPoint.

  • Completer-Finisher Able to deliver projects thoroughly, seeing them through to the end, following through

    on their word and planning well to ensure completeness of a project on time.
