ACOUSTIC ENGINEER – JOB AVAILABLE IN CAMBRIDGE
A market leading organisation are looking to add an Acoustic Engineer to join their growing R&D team.
This company design and manufacture a range of complex audio technologies that are sold all over the world. These Audio products are used within the consumer electronics industry and due to growth, they are looking to add an additional Acoustic Engineer to their team.
The acoustic engineer will be responsible for the supporting the current engineers with electroacoustic and signal processing system design, prototyping and verification activities.
To apply for the Acoustic Engineer Job you must have the following experience:
- Acoustics
- Electroacoustics
- Audio signal processing
Experience in the following areas is also desirable:
- MATLAB
- Audio measurement systems (Prism dScope, Audio Precision, Soundcheck etc.)
- C/C++ programming
- Knowledge of loudspeaker technology and acoustics
- Acoustic simulation (lumped element, finite element method, boundary element method etc.)
