A market leading organisation are looking to add an Contract Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join their growing R&D team in Worthing, West Wessex.
This company develop state-of-the-art technology and their complex products are sold all over the world. They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. Due to extra projects they are looking to add an additional Contract Senior Embedded Software Engineer to their team.
As an Contract Senior Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for working on the full product life-cycle of software for embedded systems, from concept through to manufacture. In this role you will continuously play an integral role in the development of high-performance, real-time embedded product.
Key responsibilities of the Contract Senior Embedded Software Engineer job:
- The design and development of new and existing products in low level embedded software
- Play a lead technical role and take on project management tasks
- Work closely with the other design disciplines on the design and development of products
Key skills required for the Contract Senior Embedded Software Engineer job:
- Experience in Bare-Metal and RTOS
- Embedded C and C++ development experience
- Ideally experience with DSP, Algorithm and architecture
Hybrid working (1 or 2 days in the office)
