A leading organisation are looking to add DFM Engineer to join their growing team based in Oxford, Oxfordshire. This company develop state-of-the-art complex embedded products and are sold all over the world.
They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. Due to growth they are looking for a new DFM Engineer is responsible for working alongside R&D to ensure new products are suitable for our production environment, by developing appropriate processes, instructions, jigs, and testing for manufacture/configuration of new products.of
Key responsibilities / requirements of the DFM Engineer job:
- Experience of launching new products into full production.
- Prior experience of working with electronic components, with a good understanding of design decisions.
- Able to improve existing and implement new processes whilst ensuring minimum interruption to existing processes.
