The industry’s largest supplier and world’s top turbine manufacturers are looking to add a FPGA & Digital Electronics Engineer to join their team in Surrey, London.

This company are technology experts who create sensors used in various industries, including renewable energy, meteorology, aviation, maritime, and industrial applications.

Working alongside a team of Mechanical, Aerodynamics, Software and Automation Engineers, you will be responsible for the design, development and test of electronic circuits, supporting product design, integration, validation and handover to production with other Engineering team members with an emphasis on implementation into product development and low power applications.

The ideal candidate would have:

• A minimum of a BSC/MSc in electronics or related field
• Knowledge of modern digital electronic circuit design including: FPGA, CPLD, microcontrollers, HDL and VHDL, Mix-signal and data converters, PCB Design, Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Digital Filters
• Professional experience in implementing systems using Digital Signal Processing techniques, from theory to fast prototyping (e.g. with Python scripting)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving approach
