Due to a significant amount of investment the company are searching for their next superstar Electrical Development Engineer to join their purpose-built R&D centre of excellence just south of Stratford-upon Avon
Key activities as an Electrical Development Engineer:
- Design electrical protection and distribution systems for mobile machinery
- Design, supervise and monitor build, and commission of electrical control panels.
- Specification of electrical components such as: generating plant (AC & DC), power supplies, contactors, fuses, circuit breakers, busbars, isolators, safety relays, PLC’s, HMI components and other electrical control components.
To be successful you will need:
- To hold a degree in a related engineering discipline with relevant experience and training in electrical systems and development and design.
- Electrical CAD design experience, ideally using AutoCAD electrical or similar.
- Experience in design, assembly, maintenance, testing and inspection of electrical systems in a product environment.
- Exposure to AC and DC protection systems for the supply of electrical power to high frequency electronic systems would be beneficial but NOT essential
