Key responsibilities of the Electronics Engineering Manager job:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team of Hardware and PCB Engineers whilst managing a range of design projects
- Develop operational plans and budgets, ensuring the quality system is maintained and customers are satisfied
- Conduct performance reviews and set goals and objectives
- Manage customer expectations throughout the project management process,
Key skills / experience required for the Electronics Engineering Manager job:
- A Degree in Electronics or a related discipline is preferred
- Proven experience of the design and development of electronic products
- Experience managing electronic development projects from requirements capture through to production
- Previous team management experience
