A market leading organisation are looking to add an Embedded Linux Engineer to join their growing R&D team in Camberley, Surrey.
This company develop state-of-the-art complex products and are sold all over the world. They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. Due to growth they are looking to add an additional Embedded Linux Engineer to their team.
As an Embedded Linux Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software in order to meet client’s needs and new product development. You wull maintain and improve current software stack autonomously — fix bugs, debug issues, modernise technologies, improve existing code, create documentation. You are expected to proactive in understanding requirements, design and implementation of code and brainstorm with team members.
The Embedded Linux Engineer must have:
- Experience with C and C++ in an embedded environment.
- Experience with Linux development and embedded platforms.
- Any experience doing image or video processing is desirable.
- Eagerness to learn, self-develop, improve code and team processes.
