My client are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join their growing team of creative people with great ideas and great solutions. Reporting to the CFO, the position is responsible  for financial operations and internal and external reporting of financial information as well as ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The Group has an ambitious strategy to grow the business organically and through acquisition and this is an opportunity to reshape accounting and control processes in a fast moving business.

Responsibilities for the Group Financial Controller, London

• Deliver monthly management information
• Input on company strategy, commercial decision making and working closely with Senior Management on margin analysis, labour analysis, capital expenditure analysis, funding decisions, business strategy
• Deliver consolidated quarterly and annual statutory accounts under IFRS
• Ensure the company remains up to date and compliant with the latest accounting standards
• Production of company and group wide KPIs

To apply for the Group Financial Controller, London you must have:

• Degree level education
• 5+ years of post-professional qualification experience (ACA or equivalent) including at least 2 years as financial controller
• Software business experience
• Experience in management reporting systems and the production of both financial and operational KPIs
• Experience in implementing change and integrating acquisitions
• Strong technical accounting skills and demonstrable experience of preparing consolidated statutory accounts under International Financial Reporting Standards
