A market leading organisation are looking to add a Software Engineer – C#/WPF to join their growing R&D team in Powys, Mid Wales.
This company develop state-of-the-art equipment and their complex products are sold all over the world. They have over 45 years’ experience and have sites all over the globe. Their product lines are growing year on year, and they are investing a lot of money into new product development.
As a Software Engineer – C#/WPF, you will develop a range of applications to support business functions across mobile, desktop and web platforms. Working within the wider R&D team in Powys, Mid Wales, you will produce clean, efficient, and effective code which communicates with company hardware and supports motion control and other exciting technologies. Responsibilities for the Software Engineer – C#/WPF position vary from low level debugging to the development of complex UIs for mobile applications. You will work closely with your fellow developers across a varied and exciting workload.

Requirements for the Software Engineer – C#/WPF role:
- Professional development experience in C#, WPF and .NET
- Experience in development tooling across mobile, web and desktop platforms
- Knowledge of additional scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and HTML technologies
- Previous experience with or exposure to hardware products advantageous
- Knowledge around DevOps principles and practices also advantageous
