Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you’ll spearhead our production team’s efficiency and uphold our high-quality standards. Your role will involve:
- Inspiring, guiding, and nurturing a productive manufacturing team.
- Conducting regular meetings to align goals and foster a collaborative environment.
- Collaborating with planning teams to ensure resource efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Utilizing MRP/ERP expertise for seamless production scheduling.
- Enforcing strict quality control measures for exceptional product standards.
- Proactively identifying and rectifying quality issues through inspections.
- Identifying and implementing lean manufacturing strategies for process optimization.
- Working cross-functionally to enhance workflows and overall efficiency.
- Facilitating training programs to upskill team members.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols for a secure working environment.
- Cultivating open communication within and across departments.
- Regularly reporting to management on production metrics, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications & Skills for the Manufacturing Team Leader role:
- Qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership in a manufacturing role.
- Proficiency in manufacturing processes, quality control, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, PC literacy (MS Office, MRP/ERP), and lean methodology familiarity.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and safety compliance skills.
