As a Manufacturing Team Manager, you’ll lead the production team in delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations. You’ll manage resources, foster continuous improvement, and champion safety, quality, and efficiency through proven systems like Lean and Continuous Improvement frameworks.
Your Role as a Manufacturing Team Manager:
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean and business systems.
- Lead initiatives to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
- Manage key production metrics, including safety and on-time delivery.
- Oversee plant assets, maintenance, and facilities.
- Provide leadership and development for team members.
- Empower employees by fostering a culture of decision-making and collaboration.
What You Need as a Manufacturing Team Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years in manufacturing or operations, with leadership experience.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and leadership in Lean manufacturing techniques.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
