Key Responsibilities: As a Materials Research Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching, evaluating, and recommending materials solutions for product design, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
• Conducting environmental tests to assess material properties and suitability for different weathering and operating conditions.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in current and future products by evaluating and selecting alternative materials.
• Analyzing production failures and field returns to identify design weaknesses and improve materials, components, and processes.
• Ensuring materials compliance with strict quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of chemistry and materials degradation.
• Robust post-graduate experience in a similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ASTM/ISO standard environmental tests.
