Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer

We are an advanced engineering company, the world market leader in our field. Based in Sheffield, we provide safety and control systems to rail depots across the UK and worldwide.

We are looking for an intelligent, hard-working, flexible and multi-skilled engineer with experience working with electrical (and ideally also electronic and mechanical) systems to join our successful engineering team. The role will include a variety of activities including the service, repair, commissioning and modification of our installations at customer sites.

This diverse working opportunity would suit an enthusiastic, intelligent and professional individual and includes travel throughout the UK and also the occasional overseas visit.

Applicants should preferably have suitable engineering qualifications, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work safely to the highest standards with minimum supervision. There may be opportunities for career development over time.

Rail industry (e.g. signalling) and/or industrial control system experience would be advantageous though is not essential as suitable training will be provided.
