A leading electronics communications business involved in designing handheld radio-focused critical technology for government, defence, intelligence, and space industries are seeking an experience Project Manager to join their team near Portchester, Hampshire. As a Project Manager you will manage projects, including new product developments and design changes, from cradle to grave. You will be overseeing projects mainly including software but may have some electronics and mechanical project also.
Skills required for Project Manager role near Portchester, Hampshire:
- Degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering or related subject. Prince2 qualification desirable
- Previous hands on experience in engineering and R&D
- Experience of the full development life cycle of projects
- Experience leading hardware and software projects ideally C++, C# projects.
- Experience with embedded real-time systems would also be beneficial.
- Must have or be suitable for UK MoD security clearance (British passport holders only)
