What You’ll Do

• Lead full project lifecycles for electrical panel / switchboard builds
• Drive strategic planning, budgets, schedules, and resource management
• Work closely with engineering, production, quality, vendors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with UL standards and all safety regulations
• Guide cross-functional teams, solve technical challenges, improve processes
• Use modern PM software to optimise workflow, reporting, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong project management background within electrical manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems and UL standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67)
• Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Financially astute – comfortable managing budgets, risks, and timelines
• Skilled in PM tools and Microsoft Office
• PMP is a bonus
