New R&D Project Manager – Aerospace / Defence job available in Uxbridge, Middlesex, Greater London area.
This R&D Project Manager – Aerospace / Defence job is an opportunity to lead complex, high-budget development projects and programmes in the aerospace / defence sector. You will manage and evaluate internal and customer projects from initial bid proposals and concept, through development and into manufacture. You will lead new product introduction processes for electronic product designs, as well as driving process improvement throughout the business. This job is based in the company HQ in Uxbridge, Middlesex, Greater London area.
What is required from you?
- A successful track record in project and programme management in R&D / Engineering.
- Experience in managing R&D / Engineering projects, ideally in a critical technology sector.
- New product introduction experience, incorporating hardware / electronic engineering.
- Full life-cycle project management experience, including bid proposals, approving contracts, budget management, risk management, and quality assurance.
