Published Description:

• A Senior Assembly Technician job has become available for a company developing a broad range of complex electronic technologies.

  Key responsibilities of the Senior Assembly Technician job:

  • Build the company products and cable assemblies following Assembly Instructions (AI’s), sketches or verbal instructions. 
  • Build PCB’s by hand using a soldering iron and SMT components.
  • Follow the production process ensuring the units you produce are to the required standard set out by the QA inspector.
  • Able to work to IPC-A-610 & IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards

  Key skills / experience required for the Senior Assembly Technician job:

  • A HNC in Electronic Engineering or similar (or working towards this)
  • A good understanding of electronic principles

  Due to the security clearance required applicants MUST be a British Citizen. Non UK passport holders will not be considered for this position.
