A leading technology organisation based in Gloucestershire, are investing heavily into their research and development. They are currently recruiting for a range of engineering jobs across the business including a Senior Embedded Software Engineer.
The successful Senior Embedded Software Engineer will be responsible for working on the full development life-cycle of specialised measurement and controls systems. You will work on designing and implementing the embedded software and Coordinate software development with other disciplines and engineering projects
Key skills and experience required for the Senior Embedded Software Engineer:
- Experience of the full software development life cycle, using C or C++ particularly on bare metal embedded systems and RTOS
- Specific experience of ARM and/or TI microprocessors, including ARM 7, Cortex M4 and 28335 DSP
- Extensive experience with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI and UART etc
