A global market leading organisation are looking to add a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join their growing R&D team based in Akron, Ohio.
This company develop state-of-the-art wireless equipment and their complex solutions are sold all over the world. Their product lines are growing year on year and they are investing a lot of money in to new product development.
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for working on the full product life-cycle of software for embedded systems, from concept through to manufacture. In this role you will continuously play an integral role in the development of high-performance, real-time embedded products whilst leading projects.
Experience required for the Senior Embedded Software Engineer position:
- Degree educated in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Embedded software programming using C
- Any capabilities with Linux kernel or device drivers, Linux network stack components, Wi-Fi, BT or other radio protocols, or Shell Scripts is a plus
