This company develop state-of-the-art complex products and are sold all over the world. They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. Due to growth, they are looking for a Process Engineer to help drive production and growth plans.
As a Senior Production Engineer you will be responsible for working with all areas of a expanding organisation and be at the forefront of growing and improving the production department from a strategic and product development perspective. You will work closely with contract manufactures and Supply Chain to ensure correct practice and drive improvements.
The Senior Production Engineer based in Linlithgow will be responsible for the following:
- Support all aspects of product manufacturing including current and future projects
- Define, implement and improve production processes
- Drive process improvement activities across production
- Support all members of the production team.
- Bridge the gap between R&D/NPI and manufacturing.
The Senior Production Engineer based in Linlithgow must have:
- Proven experience working in a production area.
- Experience in working with electronic products is a must.
- Strong understanding in driving process improvements within a manufacturing facility.
- Willingness to work closely with all departments to ensure correct process.
