My client is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to drive our cutting-edge product portfolio from feasibility to mass production. Objective: Manage the project portfolio, encompassing Automotive and Industrial, for their new IGBT and SiC driver product from feasibility to mass production.
Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager in our gate driver division, you will:
- Lead automotive and industrial projects from feasibility to production release.
- Establish and guide a top-tier Global Project Management function.
- Oversee project management team and enhance new product development processes.
- Monitor and report project plans, budgets, and statuses across the portfolio.
- Optimize resource allocation and coordination across R&D, Marketing, Operations, and more.
- Implement tools and methodologies for improved project outcomes.
- Resolve conflicts between projects to achieve organizational targets.
- Develop, mentor, and coach other Project Managers.
Requirements: As a Senior Project Manager you must have:
- Engineering degree in electronics.
- 10 years’ experience leading technical projects (preferably automotive and industrial).
- =5 years of experience in Automotive electronics.
- Prior management experience within a project management structure.
Professional Expertise:
- Must have experience in power and/or automotive electronics.
Soft Skills:
- Strong team-player with excellent communication and managerial skills.
- Proficient in English, with proficiency in German and/or French being a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20% (mostly in Germany, occasionally to California).
