Senior SMPS Design Engineer – Power Electronics

Munich or Nuremberg, Germany

Senior SMPS Design Engineer – Power Electronics to be based in either Munich or Nuremberg, Germany. The Senior SMPS Design Engineer – Power Electronics will be focused on the research and development of high voltage power supplies for various applications. 

Responsibilities of the Senior SMPS Design Engineer – Power Electronics will include the design and development of Power Electronics building blocks which includes running simulations in Matlab and Simulink. 

The successful Senior SMPS Design Engineer – Power Electronics will have a relevant degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with a proven background in the following:

•  AC/DC or DC/DC SMPS design
• Modular Multilevel Converters (MMC).
• High Voltage Power Electronics experience would be desirable
