Job Description – UI/UX Software Developer/Team Leader
This is a permanent, full-time role, based in our offices in the UK, near Northampton. Due to location
would be preferable for the candidate to hold a full driving license.
Komcept has enjoyed a period of rapid growth over the last few years, which has led to this
requirement.
The role would be to add both additional resource and some essential skills to our software team in
order to enhance software being produced. The candidate should have some experience and drive
to lead the software team by coordinating workloads. The role will report directly to the
management team.
The role will suit someone with experience in designing user interfaces and understanding how
people navigate software. They should have Completer-Finisher qualities.
There is ample opportunity to grow and progress through the business, learning new skills and
diversifying in role.
Key Duties to include:
• Writing and maintaining code
• Coordinating team workload, preferably with agile methods
• Maintaining good version control and good practice as a Completer-Finisher
• Assessing and understanding customer needs to contribute towards product design
• Ensuring software testing is undertaken prior to rollout
• Coordinating code-reviews
Required/Essential Skills/Experience

• C# WPF or equivalent
