Responsibilities

Are you a Developer who likes a challenge? Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking a Software Developer (Full Stack).

Are you interested in helping build the next generation of our market leading data warehousing and document management product? Our existing offering is used in some of the largest companies around the world, and we are in the process of transforming it into a cloud-native SaaS platform to support the next generation of our business. Over the past couple of years we have rearchitected our product to work in a SaaS environment. The first few components reached our production ring in June 23 but we still have a long way to go. The team we are hiring for is currently focused on creating new screens in the web client to replace the admin capabilities that are currently only available in our desktop client. They are also involved in the reimagining of our capability to take on and review data from legacy systems. This is an exciting time to join the team as we reinstate and reimagine our current capabilities in this new environment.

About the job:

We’re primarily a SQL & .Net shop on the backend using REST APIs, while on the front end we use Typescript and Angular. This is a collaborative environment where you’ll work with multi-discipline teams around the world, and so while we love specialists, you’ll be expected to muck in across the board and contribute to whatever your team needs.

Qualifications

• Have good interpersonal skills. • Work effectively on your own initiative or as part of a multi-discipline team. • Write well designed, testable code in a timely manner. • Get out of your comfort zone and help other disciplines on your team when necessary. • Keep up to date with current technology trends. • Have a experience in a good selection of the following technologies. • 1. Core: .NET (C#, .Net Core, MVC 5+, REST API, Unit test framework). • 2. Web: OAuth, JWT, HTML5, CSS, Angular. • 3. Cloud: Docker, Containers, Microservices and AKS. • 4. Azure: DevOps, CI/CD, YAML/Classic build pipelines, Functions, Queues, Logic Apps,

Application insights. • 6. Database knowledge both in SQL Server and Oracle.
