Responsible for the modification and extension of the existing Nordson T&I software particularly in the area of imaging, machine control and x-ray systems integration ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain machine control software for Nordson Dage tools. Transfer code into volume manufacture. Support and debug field issues. Any other reasonable duties. Customer facing experience. PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Essential: Ability to work collaboratively in a team based environment Communication skills – verbal, written and presentation. Customer focus. Proactive approach to problem resolution. A high degree of flexibility in a continuously changing environment. Visual Studio 2015 or later. C++ software development on 64-bit Windows platform. Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills. Experience of developing software for control or interfacing to electro-mechanical systems (Embedded, PLC, etc.)
