A vacancy for a Software Project Manager – Agile has become available for a global leader in complex test and measurement products. They are continually growing their R&D team in Belfast, County Antrim and the Software Project Manager – Agile will be a key member of the R&D management team leading development teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities of the Software Project Manager – Agile job:
- Lead multi-disciplinary Engineering teams to deliver new products and features
- Complete complex projects in line with budgets and NPI processes
- Work closely with Product Management to define product roadmaps
- Work with other teams to support quality initiatives and process improvement
Key skills / experience required for the Software Project Manager – Agile job:
- High technical ability – educated to Degree level in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Proven project management experience of complex software product development
- Experience as a scrum master and leading Agile development
- Able to prioritise and respond to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong commercial and customer focus in decision making
- Line management experience
