Octagon Group are currently partnered with an award-winning creative software company in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire who are recruiting for a Software Support Engineer to join their growing team.
Within this role you will be working directly with customers, assisting with software related issues, providing technical solutions and working closely with the QA team to ensure company software packages maintain a high level of performance. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a talented team of developers, testers, and support engineers assisting the development of features which allows customers to interact seamlessly with the software on a range of platforms.

Key requirements for the Software Support Engineer Role
- Support / Helpdesk experience
- Cross platform experience (e.g. Linux, Windows, Mac OS)
- Use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Vector or a similar graphic design tool.
- Academic background in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
