About the role:

The key purpose for the Technical Product Support Manager is to train, promote and support the dosing product portfolio. You will be required to provide technical expertise to all customers in the Middle East region and corporate accounts. As part of the new product development program, you will be a product champion for agreed projects providing the link between the customers and the design team, identifying new market opportunities

 

Key areas of responsibility

First line technical support

Technical product training for customers

Installation of the dosing systems for dilution, laundry and dishwash

Working with customers to support in field issues

Set and implement annual sales plan to meet business needs

Gather market information, its trends, products and competitors, to strengthen our market knowledge as well as to consolidate this information and select what can be useful for future meetings or providing input for strategy shaping

Develop and adapt training programmes and materials for the local region

Set and implement annual sales plan to meet business needs

Support new product / solution / offer development & deployment to drive innovation within Brightwell (New Product Pipeline (NPP) Process)

Manage CRM for reporting

Report customer activities to the line manager in regular meetings

Skill set of the role:

The job holder will have excellent technical skills, ideally within the laundry or hygiene business. Good organization and time management skills are essential. You will have a strong understanding of project management and the ability to multi-task under pressure and be used to making positive business decisions.

 

Job qualifications: Engineering qualification, Electrical qualification.

 

Job experience: The job holder will have knowledge and/or experience in the professional laundry and/or ware wash market ideally with chemicals or chemical dosing equipment.
