Project Engineering Lead job near Towcester, Northamptonshire

A leading research & development organisation based in a state-of-the-art office near Towcester, Northamptonshire are seeking a skilled Project Engineering Lead to join their small dynamic team to develop world beating products.

As a Project Engineering Lead, you will be expected to line manage a number of the Engineering team whilst being responsible for project management. The job is hybrid with 3 days per week on site being the norm, however this may vary depending on what is needed for the project at the time.

The ideal Project Engineering Lead based near Towcester, Northamptonshire will ideally have the following experience:

• • Experience in delivering technical projects and products
  • Experience of working in an ISO 9001 environment and managing processes and procedures
  • Line Management experience would be preferred, but is not essential
  • Experience of the defense or aviation industries would be beneficial
