NEW PROJECT ENGINEER – RF AND MICROWAVE ENGINEERING JOB AVAILABLE IN HAYES, MIDDLESEX / GREATER LONDON
A globally established R&D / Engineering organisation based in Hayes, Middlesex / Greater London are seeking an engineer with a background in radio frequency and microwave technologies to join the business as a Project Engineer – RF Engineering.
As a Project Engineer – RF and Microwave Engineering you will be responsible for RF design reviews, developing test plans, sourcing critical RF components, and defining specifications for business-critical projects. You will work closely with RF / Microwave design engineers, power electronics specialists, and other design heads to ensure products are designed to fully comply with all specification requirements.
Skills / Experienced needed:
- A knowledge of RF Engineering processes, techniques and components.
- Ability to define RF test procedures.
- Exposure to RF / Microwave associated test and measurement equipment (spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, generators, etc.
- An understanding of high-power electronics would be beneficial but not essential.
- Prior experience in working within an aerospace, defence, military engineering industry would be beneficial but not essential.
