My client are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year at their facility in Cambridge. They design a range of instrumentation using thermal imagining technologies. My client are currently look to add a Production Engineering Manager to their already growing department.
As the new Production Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small production team which provides support to all areas of manufacturing and R&D You will work closely with all engineering departments to ensure the entire product range is functional post delivery and give expert insight into new R&D project.
The ideal Production Engineering Manager job based in Cambridge will have:
- Previous experience in leading a team of engineers within a production or R&D area
- Strong experience supporting an electro-mechanical product
- Strong experience in working closely with other engineering departments to ensure the correct design and build of a complex product.
