A leading research and development organisation, based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire are seeking a bright and experienced Senior Technical Author to join their expanding engineering division.
My client are one of the market leaders in their industry and are a global organisation.
As the Senior Technical Author you will support the R&D team and be expected to write manuals and technical documentation for my clients and support the marketing team with sales material.
Skills / experience required for the Senior Technical Author job:
- Experience as a Technical Author within an engineering organisation, writing technical documentation and user manuals, etc.
- Experience with software such as InDesign and Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat
- High level of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ideally experience in instrumentation (not essential)
