• Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing Competency:
• Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing

Once you have a good understanding of the role, you can start to develop skills such as strong communication and organisation. It is also beneficial to stay up to date with the latest trends in recruitment, such as technology and social media.
