Warehouse Operative role – As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in executing product and material handling within their warehouse. Your responsibilities include managing goods issuance, picking, packing, reception, and performing inventory counts. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of materials and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative:

  • Efficiently manage goods issuance, picking, and packing processes.
  • Inspect and accept incoming shipments, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
  • Support inventory management through cycle counting and physical counts.
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure accurate material flow.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and lorries, safely and efficiently.

Experience and Qualifications for the Warehouse Operative:

  • Previous warehouse experience, with a focus on pick/pack operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems (advantageous).
  • Enthusiastic and proactive personality, driven to contribute to a balanced planet.
  • Ability to operate a 7.5 Ton lorry and forklift (Combi-Reach-Counterbalance).
